Head Trash is what therapists call cognitive distortions — thought patterns that act like funhouse mirrors, distorting reality. They feel 100% true in the moment, but they're exaggerated, one-sided, and usually very unkind to you.

Everyone has Head Trash sometimes. But for neurodivergent people — especially those with ADHD or autism — these tenants can be extra loud, extra sticky, and extra convincing. Learning to name them is the first step to evicting them.

1. 1Pick a scene — a stressful situation the character is in.
2. 2Read the scene and the character's thought after listening to their "advisor".
3. 3Identify which Head Trash tenant whispered that thought — pick from the lineup.
4. 4Take the tenant to CBT Court — read their charges and serve the eviction notice.
5. 5Choose the healthiest reframe to replace the Head Trash thought.
6. 6Earn points for correct IDs (+10) and good reframes (+5). Complete all 7 rounds!
